How do I find a house to be moved? Want Add |
| You could take out an ad in the local newspaper. It would be a good idea to specify a distance from your final location. e.g. Wanted: House to be moved within 30 miles of anytown, yourstate. |
| Your State Department of Transportation |
| Also, check with your state department of transportation. New roads can displace houses. Typically, the houses go up for sealed bids. |
